The Great Quack Derby

I started this painting as a study of motion awhile back and put it aside. Then, last Sunday while we were doing what we do most often on warm summer Sundays, riding our Harley up into the mountains, we stopped at a favorite stream-side pub for lunch. Low and behold the village was having their annual Rubber Duck Derby and this gave me the idea to finish this forgotten practice painting.
